Your form and payment for your pitch must reach us before 30 April 2025. No exceptions will be granted.

This deadline allows us to organise your stay on the event site in the best possible way.

The safety instructions must be complied with, and the plan of the craft fair submitted to the municipal authorities and the Security Service for approval within three months of the event. Thank you for taking this into account to ensure a trouble-free festival.
